Ultrasonic automated cleaning machine manufactured by Layton
Barely used, virtually as new except for some cosmetic blemishes which occurred during removal and transportation from the premises.
The machine was installed, tested/demonstrated and then due to a collapse of contract decommissioned. It has not been used for work purposes so is as close to new as you will find. Very clean condition and fully operational.
The system comprises four stages with automatic or manual controls.
Touch screen operator interface with full diagnostics.
A very versatile machine offering multiple preset auto programs or manual operation of all systems individually.
Stage 1 is a heated wash tank with ultrasonics.
Stage 2 is a heated rinse/wash tank.
Stage 3 is a heated wash tank with ultrasonics.
Stage 4 is a heated air drying chamber.
Handling system can be joystick operated for manual control or can collect baskets automatically from infeed area and place into tanks as part of preset program. Outfeed area complete with roller conveyor unit.
A very high specification machine for precision cleaning tasks. Surplus to requirements following change/cancellation of contracts.
