This machine is fitted with the cap-coder CC720 MK VI Torque Head a well engineered item that guarantee grip and torque. This machine has the versatility to do a range of sizes of cap and bottle from 50ml up to 5 litre containers. The starwheel can have 16 pocket starwheel or 4 pocket starwheel depending on the application.

The CC560 machine is easily installed onto your existing conveyors or we can supply a conveyor with the machine at additional cost. The design of this cap tightening machine is so that it fits over a conveyor with out the need to disrupt the line in any way.

Addition equipment with the machine is a vibratory bowl feeder to feed the caps to the cap tightening machine this will have to be tooled to your cap.
