Carmichael engineering cartoning machine assembled by CAM

Automatic cartoning machine complete with interlocking safety guarding. This machine has a table in front of the conveyor for the operators to sort and orientate the products before being placed in to the conveyor. The conveyor then automatically moves the product in front of the loading arm that move the product in to the open carton.

Carton blanks are loaded in to a magazine before individually being opened and placed in to the indexing conveyor where the machine engages tabs and closes one end of the carton, the open side then has the product placed into the carton before indexing to the next station that engages tabs and closes the open end completing the process.
