Kallfass Universa 400 NT shrink wrapping machine is a fully automatic side sealer. This machine uses centrefolded film that is formed round the pack, then end sealed then driven by the product on the conveyor and continuous side sealed at the same time. once the pack reaches the end the censors detect the set length after pack and seal the end cross seal fully enclosing the pack before gong in to the heat tunnel to shrink the plastic around the product.
This machine has a in-feed conveyor for production staff to load onto. The machine automatic start and stop to please see video at the bottom of the page to see a Kallfass 400 running on large items.
