4CT 4 wheel semiautomatic Inline cap tightening machines
Newman cap tighteners can be utilised in all types of industry. Machines are available in stainless steel or with a painted finish. These machines work by gripping the product i.e. bottle with two belts; In the photograph below they are the green belts. These then hold the bottle whilst it is taken through a set of tightening wheels in the CT2. There are two tightening wheels with tyres on and in the CT4 it has a set of 4 tightening wheels with tyres. We stock a range of tyres offering different grip levels.
